In this role, you will work closely with our sales and logistics teams to manage the entire order fulfillment process, from order entry and validation to order tracking and delivery. You will use tools like Salesforce and Shopify to streamline our operations and provide a seamless experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
• Use Salesforce and Shopify to manage customer data and streamline order processing.
• Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance order fulfillment efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and order details.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or a related role.
• Proven experience with Salesforce and Shopify.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid SIM card for remote work in Bali.
