Electrical Engineer (Immediate Hiring)

As an Electrical Engineer at Toyota AISIN Philippines, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems for automotive components. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our products, while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop electrical systems for automotive components.
• Perform FMEA analysis to identify and mitigate potential failure modes.
• Program PLCs and other control systems using tools like Siemens TIA Portal or Rockwell Studio 5000.
• Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to integrate electrical systems into complete automotive solutions.
• Conduct testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues in the production environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive electrical systems design and development.
• Proficiency in FMEA analysis and failure mode identification.
• Experience with PLC programming and control systems.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical standards and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
