As an Administration & Finance Officer at PT. Corsys Integrasi Internasional, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including processing payroll, managing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP software
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits
- Manage invoices and ensure timely payment of bills
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Support the finance team in achieving their goals and objectives
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in using SAP software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
