• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the distribution industry.
• Present products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and addressing their needs.
• Use Salesforce and HubSpot to manage the sales pipeline and track performance.
• Provide regular reports to the sales team and management on sales activities and results.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on the latest trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the distribution industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
