In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed design concepts, managing the production process, and ensuring that every piece meets the highest standards of quality. You’ll use industry-standard tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as specialized software for embroidery and screen printing. With 3-5 years of experience in apparel design, you’ll bring a strong portfolio of successful projects to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and refine apparel design concepts for screen printing and embroidery
• Collaborate with designers and manufacturers to ensure high-quality production
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for screen printing and embroidery
• Manage the design and production process from concept to completion
• Work with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in apparel design

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in apparel design, with a focus on screen printing and embroidery
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software
• Experience with specialized software for screen printing and embroidery
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful apparel design projects
• Understanding of fashion trends and market demands
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
