📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of Tealive signature drinks with precision and creativity.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and serving area.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
• Follow and uphold Tealive brand guidelines and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a pleasant work environment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the coffee and beverage industry.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
