📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and execution of change management initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of change management frameworks and tools.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement to ensure successful change adoption.
• Assist in the creation and delivery of change management training and communication materials.
• Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Assist in the development of change management metrics and KPIs.
• Provide administrative support to the Change Management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous internship or work experience in change management or a related field is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for finance and investment management is a plus.
