📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the procurement process for kitchen equipment, supplies, and materials, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality products.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and analyze purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related role.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, supplies, and materials is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
