📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of interior and MEP construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage and mentor a team of site supervisors, workers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, reporting any deviations to the project manager.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues promptly.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve any concerns.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in interior and MEP construction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision, with a focus on interior and MEP construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
