📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and clean workspace.
• Stock and manage inventory, including fresh ingredients and kitchen supplies.
• Participate in daily kitchen meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring dishes are prepared and served promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including ingredients and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
