📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our new and used car financing products.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Manage and track marketing campaigns using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in automotive finance.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing performance and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing or sales, preferably in the automotive finance industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and other CRM systems.
• Certification in financial services or marketing would be a plus.
