📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand our presence in Bangka Belitung.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with regional stakeholders.
• Oversee the execution of international development projects.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with global development goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
• Utilize Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Google Workspace to streamline operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international development or strategic partnership management.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Strong negotiation and partnership management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Google Workspace is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently to Bangka Belitung and other regions.
