📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of BI analysts, automation specialists, and AI engineers to deliver high-impact data solutions.
• Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Design and implement N8N workflows to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes.
• Integrate AI models to provide predictive analytics and insights for business decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of BI and automation systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in BI, automation, and AI to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and expertise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in BI, automation, and AI solutions.
• Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Hands-on experience with N8N or similar workflow automation tools.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
