📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring our restaurant remains spotless.
• Assist with table management, including setting up and clearing tables.
• Recommend menu items and provide information about our Korean dishes and specials.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, representing Yeobi Hansik with pride.
• Stay updated on menu changes and special promotions to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with Korean cuisine and culture is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and walk frequently.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
