📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our PMS.
• Provide exceptional front desk services, including reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist with room service orders and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.
• Stay updated on local attractions and provide personalized recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Contribute to the team's success by adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a front desk or guest services role.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with good communication skills.
• Knowledge of PMS and CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
• Previous experience in boutique hotels or similar settings is a bonus.
