Port Data Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your efforts will contribute to the overall growth and development of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and the needs of the employees.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at various levels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they fully grasp the training materials and apply them in their work.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies and initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training purposes.
