📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the management team to achieve store and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the automotive service industry is a plus.
