📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote brand awareness.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor store performance against sales targets and KPIs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions and inventory.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fuel or oil industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the retail industry.
