Care Corner Singapore Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Programme Executive (Supervisor) to join our Active Ageing Centre team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our programmes, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care and support.,You will work closely with our team of care professionals to develop and implement programmes that meet the unique needs of our clients, and you will be responsible for ensuring that our programmes are delivered in a safe, compassionate, and professional manner.,If you are passionate about supporting the elderly and have a proven track record of success in a similar role, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Active Ageing Centre, ensuring that all programmes are delivered in a safe, compassionate, and professional manner.,Work closely with the care team to develop and implement programmes that meet the unique needs of our clients.,Ensure that all staff are fully trained and competent in their roles, and that they are able to deliver high-quality care to our clients.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Active Ageing Centre, and make recommendations for improvement where necessary.,Ensure that the Active Ageing Centre is fully compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.,Represent the Active Ageing Centre at external events and meetings, as required.,Ensure that the Active Ageing Centre is financially sustainable, and that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A relevant degree in a related field, such as social work, gerontology, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.,A thorough understanding of the needs and challenges faced by the elderly, and the ability to develop and implement programmes that address these needs.,A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to the elderly, and a passion for making a positive difference in their lives.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment is an advantage.
