Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs that align with our business objectives and support our employees' growth and development.,Identify training needs and develop training solutions that meet the needs of our employees and our business units.,Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and use the results to improve our training programs and our learning and development processes.,Mentor and coach junior trainers and provide expert guidance and support to our employees.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development and incorporate them into our training programs and our learning and development processes.,Work closely with our business units to understand their training needs and develop training solutions that meet those needs.,Collaborate with our learning and development team to ensure that our training programs are aligned with our business objectives and support our employees' growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, psychology, or human resources, or equivalent experience.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training and development.,Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs that are engaging and effective.,Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and using the results to improve those programs.,Experience in mentoring and coaching junior trainers and providing expert guidance and support to employees.,Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.,Strong project management skills.
