📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor sales teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and achieve company goals.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets are met.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
