Spot Local Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate departments.,Check-in and check-out guests, and ensure their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.,Maintain and update guest records and reservation systems.,Handle front desk transactions, including payments and refunds.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including room setups and catering arrangements.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred but not required).,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and front office software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
