In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth business processes, and supporting the team to achieve company goals. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.,Handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide support to the team as needed, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.,Maintain accurate records and documentation of all operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the operations or administrative field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
