📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate leads and expand our network.
• Engage with potential clients and partners through personalized LinkedIn interactions, including connection requests, messages, and comments.
• Research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to inform outreach strategies.
• Track and report on outreach campaign performance, including metrics such as response rates, engagement levels, and lead conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn platform features and best practices to optimize outreach efforts.
• Provide regular updates and insights to the management team on outreach campaign performance and industry trends.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to discuss outreach strategies and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist or similar role, with a track record of generating leads and building meaningful connections.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn platform features, including messaging, connection requests, and content engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and personalized outreach messages.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools to streamline outreach efforts.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform outreach strategies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Business, or Communications.
