📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise data entry operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency,Train and mentor junior data entry staff,Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions as needed,Develop and maintain data entry procedures and standards,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency,Report on data entry progress and performance metrics,Troubleshoot and resolve data entry issues and errors,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a related field,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with data management software and tools,Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
