📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance.

Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Manage and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance.

Implement and maintain quality control measures.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related role.

Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.

Proven ability to manage and mentor operational staff.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
