📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.,Monitor and report on training progress and outcomes.,Collaborate with other HR departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and other training management tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
