📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.,Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
