📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and build trust.,Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to showcase the value of our products/services.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business and maintain client satisfaction.,Track and manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and meet or exceed sales targets.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and business development activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform business strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and relationship-building.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
