📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food cost management.,Ensure high standards of food and service quality by supervising kitchen staff and front-of-house employees.,Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance and customer service skills.,Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Participate in the development and execution of the restaurant's budget and financial planning.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.,Proven track record of leadership and team management skills.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
