📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Support the HR manager in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analyses.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
