📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the resort premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of all areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Enforce resort policies and procedures, and respond to emergencies and security incidents promptly and effectively.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff, addressing their concerns and providing assistance when needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of security-related incidents and activities.,Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and other security personnel as needed.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance security awareness and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer or in a related security role.,Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and security procedures in Bali.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and act independently.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities, including running, climbing, and lifting.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a security vehicle.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
