Express Net Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning programs that support the professional development of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our employees reach their full potential.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and other resources.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the learning and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in training and development or a related field is a plus.
