This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with all regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and serviced according to schedule.,Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle assignments, routes, and schedules.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance, and coordinate with service providers as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Provide excellent customer service to fleet users, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
