We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage our vehicle fleet and ensure smooth operations. This role is crucial for maintaining our company's efficiency and safety standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling regular maintenance and inspections.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and operational condition before each trip.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.,Handle vehicle documentation and registration, and ensure all legal requirements are met.,Investigate and resolve any vehicle-related issues or accidents promptly.,Work closely with the logistics team to optimize vehicle routes and reduce operational costs.,Ensure all vehicles are equipped with necessary safety and security features.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
