📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support our company's strategic goals.,Develop and implement training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support and guidance to trainers and participants.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of training programs, and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them develop their skills and capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies, including e-learning, classroom training, and on-the-job training.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
